Dr. Jason Yamada, is a respected periodontist at Yanagi Dental in Irvine, California. He earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California before pursuing further education at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he earned a postdoctoral degree in periodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology.
With a special interest in implant surgery, microsurgery, periodontal surgery, and limited implant restoration, Dr. Yamada’s expertise has made him a clinical advisor and consultant for various implant companies. He has also served as an assistant clinical professor in the advanced graduate program in periodontics and implant surgery at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry for more than 15 years, and he has been invited to lecture at the USC School of Dentistry and in other countries, such as Japan, Colombia, England, Spain, and Guam.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Dr. Yamada is fluent in Japanese and is of Japanese descent. He takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized care to his patients, whom he treats like family. He is highly respected and recommended by his peers and patients alike.
